IMI's Heimeier NEO system brings smart heating control to any home, with control from your phone through the Heimeier NEO app. Every 1 °C lower temperature cuts heating costs by 6–8%, and precise scheduling avoids heating an empty home.
Energy-saving functions
- Geofencing: when you leave the "HOME" zone, heating switches to economy mode and comes back on when you return.
- Optimised start: the thermostat learns the room's behaviour from the previous three days and starts early, so the temperature is reached on time.
- Consumption monitoring, holiday mode and PIN display lock on neoAir and neoSTAT.
How it is set up
There are wired and wireless versions. The thermostats work on their own; remote control needs the neoHUB gateway, connected to the router by cable. The exception is neoSTAT WIFI, which connects directly.
- Underfloor, wireless: neoAir thermostats, the 8-channel UH-8-RFmini hub and EMO-T or EMOtec 230V NC actuators. The hub can also switch the circulation pump and the heat source.
- Underfloor, wired: neoSTAT thermostats and the 6-channel UH-6 hub.
- Electric floor heating: neoSTAT-e thermostat with a floor sensor that prevents overheating.
- Radiators: neo-K electronic heads on any M30×1.5 valve, very quiet and with long battery life.
The system works with Apple HomeKit, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and IFTTT.
