IMI TA has added the T-2T actuators to the TA-Slider family: proportional push/pull actuators with built-in temperature measurement. They were presented at ISH 2025.
What they solve
In many installations the supply/return temperature difference is lower than designed (so-called "low ΔT syndrome"), which means more pumping and lower efficiency of chillers and heat pumps. The TA-Slider 160 T-2T mounts on the terminal unit's PIBCV and limits the problem by controlling ΔT. It can also switch heating/cooling changeover based on the supply temperature.
