What we collect and why

When you send us a message through the contact form we record your name and email, your phone and company if you give them, the message, the date and the IP address it was sent from. We use them only to answer your request and to protect the form from abuse. The legal basis is your consent and steps you request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Only HYDROTEAM and the providers that host our website and email on our behalf have access to it.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as our communication requires and for at most two years, unless we start working together, in which case the statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at info@hydroteam.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Cookies

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work:

• Session and security (hydroteam-session, XSRF-TOKEN): keep the contact form working and protect it from attacks. They expire after a few hours.
• cookie_consent: remembers your cookie choice for one year.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: on the contact form, checks that messages are not sent by automated programs. It is not used for advertising.

With your consent ("Accept all"), or when you click "Show map", the contact page shows a Google Maps map. Google sets its own cookies and processes data under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
